In this modern age, with wide accessibility to spiritual teachings, it can be easy to focus our attention on an accumulation of new beliefs, instead of a true willingness to rest into the depths of the unknown. A lot of our behavior is connected to an instinct to control our experiences and yet it is when we relinquish control that we are able to connect with deeper meaning for ourselves and an easier flow in everyday life

Meditation is a gentle and powerful resting place from which we can practice letting go and encounter the truth about who and what we are.

When we sit quietly and allow our attention to come onto what is happening in the present moment, we have the opportunity to actually meet reality. Our health is greatly enriched by this very natural movement.
