A lot of our behavior is connected to an instinct to control our experiences and yet it is when we relinquish control that we are able to connect with deeper meaning for ourselves and an easier flow in everyday life

When we sit quietly and allow our attention to come onto what is happening in the present moment, we have the opportunity to actually meet reality. Our health is greatly enriched by this very natural movement.
